Dae-Ho Lee Gets hit with flying fried chicken

Dae-Ho Lee has been one of the most feared and revered ball players in Korean Baseball (KBO) for years. He’ll probably wind up in the KBO Hall of Fame (I’m assuming there is one). He even spent one year in MLB ball, playing for Seattle in 2016 and hitting 20 homers in only 292 ABs. By looking at the videos below, Dae-Ho Lee is not so admired of a player any longer, at least for a former fan of his who enjoys fried chicken.

Walking out of the stadium, after a loss, the Lotte Giant’s 7th loss in a row to start the 2018 KBO season, a fan took out his anger on Dae-Ho Lee and his not so fear inducing .240 batting average. The (former) fan throws something at Dae-Ho Lee in the above video.

Now, look a little closer at the following video. You’ll see the reaction from Dae-Ho Lee, and maybe you’ll notice that what was thrown at him was a box of fried chicken.

Yes, your star player is in a slump. You’re entire team is in a slump. But that gives no right to the fans to throw fast food at a ball player.

His 2018 stats so far show that Dae-Ho Lee has been showing a lot of restraint at the plate this year, but no where near as much restraint as he showed after being hit in the back by a box of fried chicken.

Good job on that restraint thing Dae-Ho Lee… now, if we could only get some restraints for that guy who threw the chicken.
